Door Preparation
Drilling
Remove the two small M4 screw located under the
panel. Then remove the rubber gasket and metal plate
of Inside Panel.
Pass the cable through the inside rubber gasket,
then tighten M4 machined screw across metal plate
and rubber gasket with outside panel.

Ensure your door is 35-51mm thick.
•
Position Door Template at the desired lock height
(Recommend 1m from the floor) and mark with a pencil
all holes, including the latch hole.
•
If retrofitting using an existing 54mm cylinder hole, use
the template to mark the position of the 14mm hole.
•
Use a 54mm hole saw for the main
hole, as shown.
•
Use a 14mm spade bit for the
screw hole, as shown.
•
Using a 25mm hole saw or spade bit,
drill latch hole horizontally through to the
previously drilled 54mm hole, as shown.
NOTE:
In order to prevent splintering of the door face,
drill holes from both sides of the door.

Ensure all necessary safety precautions are
taken when installing this lockset, including the use of
protective eyewear.
