Lock Features

Lock Soft Reset

  In case the lock is not responsive to a 

PIN code entry or Key Tag credential  
and after verifying the batteries are not 
flat a soft reset may be required.

  To perform a soft reset of the lock press 

the "

Reset

" button on the bottom of the 

Exterior Furniture. This will restart the 
lock and clear any errors.

NOTE: 

Pressing the "

Reset

" button will not delete  

the registered user credentials or change current  
lock settings.

Key Override

  In case the keypad is malfunctioning  

or the batteries are flat, the lock is 
provided with two mechanical keys. 

  To open the lock via the key, press on 

the outer edge of the Exterior Lever 
to expose the key cylinder. Using the 
provided keys the lock can then be 
unlocked.

  Once done, reinsert the Lever Cover  

to its original position.
