Installation
Learning the device into your alarm system.
1.
Put the control panel/hub into learning mode. Please see your Alarm manual for details.
2.
Insert the batteries to power on the Smoke Detector.
3.
The Smoke Detector will emit 2 short beeps and it will begin set up for 1 min. The red LED will flash
every 2 seconds.
4.
During the 1 min period press the learn/test button for 3 seconds. The Smoke Detector will emit a 2
tone beep.
5.
When the Smoke Detector completes the set up, it will emit a beep to indicate it is now in calibration
mode. The calibration mode lasts for 1 to 9 minutes. The red LED will continue to flash every second
during calibration. It's not possible to learn the device in during calibration.
6.
When calibration is completed, the Smoke Detector will emit 2 short beeps. If the device was not added
into the panel/hub previously, you can now press the learn/test button to complete learning.

Learn / Test button
Each sensor ( PIR, heat, smoke) will be
learnt in as individual devices. If you can
see only one sensor in your app device
list after learning (eg. only PIR sensor)
you need to repeat the learning process
to add the others. (Put the control
panel/hub into learn mode, then press
the learn / test button on the device).
