The device is equipped with a multi-colour LED with the following meanings:
Standard version

Green Flashes 1:1 Switching procedure
Illuminates Normal mode
Error messages

Red Illuminates Fire/fire detection

Locking element/freely operating door closer switched
off for this period.
(Inspection button or manual triggering button will be
actuated)
Illuminates External smoke switch connected
Cable break on smoke switch
Flashes 1:1 Short circuit (locking element output), locking ele-
ment inactive.
Inspect the system completely for the triggering func-
tion after remedying the short circuit.
Yellow Flashes Soiling (limiting value nearly reached)
Smoke switch must be exchanged.
Locking remains active until the limit value is exceeded
(LED display switches over to RED)
Illuminates External smoke switch connected
Incorrect configuration of the smoke switch / cable
monitoring
Inspect plug-in bridge J2 (red) / resistors in external
smoke switch
Illuminates Manual triggering button connected
Cable monitoring
Remove plug-in bridge J1 (black) / inspect resistors in
manual trigger
