Reference Design User Guide

6. Download Firmware/Parameter to AX58200

This chapter will be divided into the following sections. Sections 6-1~6-5 introduce 5 ways to download
firmware. Section 6-6 introduces downloading parameter files to AX58200 IC. The last section Introduce
firmware status by debug port.

The following are 5 methods to download firmware, which are introduced in sections 6-1 ~ 6-5:

(1)  Mass Storage Method (MSG mode in ICE)
(2)  NUVOTON ICP Tool Method
(3)  ARM KEIL MDK Method
(4)  IAR EWARM Method
(5)  Firmware Upgrade through EtherCAT FoE

If you do not have any requirements for development in further, just reference the item (1), (2), and (5).
Otherwise, you may reference the item (3) or (4). However, please install the entire Nu-Link Driver completely
first for follow-up any requirements convenience later. You can download the driver through the link
