Data Alarm/Filter Enable
This is an ON/OFF toggle to set whether configured Data Alarms or Filters will be applied to the incoming
data. The default setting is OFF.
Target Name
This is a text field to name the switch and is used in the alarm messages. The default name is IPRC 1.
Port
This field is used to define the listening port of the switch. The default is 5000 for a generic server and 9000
for an Avaya DRP device. This port number must match the remote TCP port configured for on the PBX or
Sever.
Time Stamping
This is an ON/OFF toggle to set whether each individual call record is stamped with the Date and Time
received in the TeleBoss. The default setting is OFF.
Alcatel OmniPCX
This PBX has been upgraded many times and is now Alcatel OXE but the means of querying the CDR is still
the same. These PBXs function by doing a real-time SQL-query of specific fields that you must define. Each
field will be delimited by a comma or space or any ASCII character you choose. You also must define the
number of spaces each field will be. This is very important if you plan on performing data alarming on the call
data.
