Unscrew the Motor Cover mounting bolts and remove the Motor Cover from the machine.

Turn the cap inside with a flat screwdriver and take out the Carbon Brush.

 Insert a new Carbon Brush. Do not stain the Carbon Brush with oil on fingers, etc.

 Install the cap and install the Under Cover with the removed bolts. 

      Be careful not to place the code of the Motor under the Motor Cover.

       • Disconnect the Power Plug to avoid electric shock. 

 

 

       • Keep the new carbon brush free from oil, dirt, chips, etc. Avoid the stain of   

                gloves from attaching to the Carbon Brush. 

              •

 

Be careful not to damage the code with the motor cover when you assemble 

        the motor cover. Damaged code and current leakage will occur.
