Hydrostat-Getriebe
Warning
Risk of injury due to high pressure (up to 5945 psi /
410 bar) in the hydraulic system.
► Check the hydraulic hoses for leaks, damage and weak
points.
Warning
When oil leaks there is a danger of environmental pollu-
tion.
► Check the hydraulic drive system for leaks before and
after mowing.
In warmed up condition, the oil level must be at “MAX” mark-
ing. In cold condition, the oil level must be somewhat below,
in hot condition the oil level must be somewhat above the
"MAX" marking.
There must always be oil in the compensation tank, so that
no air can enter the hydraulic system.
Oil changes must be carried out by an authorized service
center (see Maintenance table).
Make sure the gearbox fan is undamaged.
The hydrostatic drive generates a monotone working noise
that gets louder as the load is increased (e.g. in steep ter-
rain). If this working noise changes, it becomes irrgular of
very loud, allow the hydrostatic drive to cool down and check
the oil level.
If the working noise does not return to normal, have the de-
vice checked by an authorized service center.
It is possible that the hydraulic system must be ventilated or
the oil must be changed. For refilling, only use the types of oil
specified in the technical data.

Scope of delivery
The device is shipped in a carton on a pallet. The scope of
delivery included:
– The device.
– The Remote Control Transmitter with batteries, belts and 2
keys for the start-stop switch.
– Steering wheel.
– Tool bag with small parts.
– This operating manual.
– Manufacturer’s certificate.
– See operator’s manual of the engine manufacturer.
– Operating instructions for receiver and Remote Control
Transmitter
Unpacking
1. Remove the box.
2. Check the air pressure of the tires (see Technical data).
3. Insert the batteries into the Remote Control Transmitter
(see Checking and changing the battery).
4. Attach the belt to the Remote Control Transmitter.
5. Remove the spare key and keep it in a safe place.

► Press the start-stop switch on the Remote Control
Transmitter, remove the key and switch off the main
switch when done using the device.
Aufbewahrung
Store the device in a locked, dry and sufficiently ventilated
room and out of reach of children. Always repair damage to
the device before storage so thon the device is always in op-
erationally safe condition. Let the device cool down for at
least 20 minutes before you store it.
