Pulse Separation Timer (Low Byte)
Following upload of the parameter set, the instrument performs an internal test of the validity
of the input values. If the parameter set is valid, the Byte 0 is returned (no errors). If any
errors have occurred, the Byte 13 is returned followed by the error code.
