Restoring the Parameters of a Protocol
The values of the RPM and Spin Time parameters for any custom protocol may be
restored to the recommended Standard Protocol algorithm settings at any time.
These are the values used for the Standard Protocol, and are determined by the
selected volume of whole blood or the blood mixed with bone marrow to process.
As the volume is changed, the RPM and Spin Time parameters are changed to
optimize platelet collection.
To restore the parameters of a protocol, follow these steps:
1. From the Protocol Pull-Down Button, select the protocol you wish to restore.
2. Touch the “Restore” Button.
3. Touch the Close Button to return to the previously displayed screen.
