5.1.11.1 ME Power Failure Registers
When an ME failure occurs, the red power failure LED (signal PWR_FAIL_) starts blinking. (The
LED is one second ON and one second OFF).
The error state is kept until ME wakes up (signal SLP_A_ becomes high).
The table below shows all possible failing states and their coding.
