Installing the Blade Accessories

The following additional components are available for the blade:

Dual Inline Memory Module (DIMM)

MO297 SSD Module 

Rear Transition Modules (RTMs)

2.5.1

DIMM Memory Modules

The blade provides 16 memory slots for main memory DIMM modules of type DDR4 VLP. You 
may install or remove DIMM memory modules in order to match the main memory size to your 
needs. The corresponding installation/removal procedures are described in this section. 

For the location of the DIMM Memory modules, see 

Figure 2-2 on page 52
