If a PCIE-7410 is replaced by any PCIe I/O card or vice versa

If you manually configure any slot that differs from the previous auto detected one

Any PCIE-7410 Application CPU is powered on by the MCCS service at Management CPU 
startup. If the Management CPU was rebooted (due to a configuration change or manually by 
the user) then an already powered Application CPU is reset.

7.6.2

MaxCore Configuration Service (MCCS)

In express fabric mode, the PCI switch must be supported by the software maintaining 
multiple virtual PCI trees. This software consists of kernel modules and a configuration service, 
which runs on the Management CPU (mCPU).
