IPS AND TRICKS FOR RESOLVING ISSUES
The wood does not ignite by lighting the fireplace. The fire just smokes. The fire burns out

If you are at the OFF function, then turn on the regulator

If you are at the MANUAL function, increase the air supply

If you are at the AUTO function, press F1 ( 3 )

You are not using proper kindle

The wood is too wet

The logs are too thick

The ash is over the appropriate limit
Intense smoking in the combustion chamber, intense soot deposition on the glass


Small quantity of wood

The wood is too wet

The logs are too thick
There is smoke coming out of the fireplace

Check if there is adequate draft into the flue, light a test fire

Make sure there is sufficient air supply
