About this chapter

This chapter describes the memory map and the system controller PLD. It also discusses 
how to access the major peripheral devices and describes the interface timing 
requirements.

The registers for devices, such as those in the SA-1100, are listed for convenience, but 
you should refer to the documentation supplied by the device manufacturers for detailed
