MMC transaction timing

The SPI bus timing used for transfers to and from MMC cards is similar to that used for 
the keyboard controller (see Keyboard controller host interface timing on page 4-23), 
although the way that data is assembled into valid messages is entirely different. 

For more detailed timing requirements, refer to the documentation supplied by your 
card vendor.
