PREPARATION
1) Place unit in a room that isn’t regularly exposed to moisture (for
instance, avoid in a bathroom with a shower, or any rooms
where unit may encounter rain or leaks.
2) Detach the Drain Hose from holder on the side of machine.
Make sure that the hose can reach a drain, without obstruction
or pulling on the unit itself. Drain hose must reach a height of at
least 10 inches. Please place drain hose over side of sink,
bathtub, etc.
3) Plug unit into a 3-prong electrical outlet, preferably one that is
grounded.
4) Connect Inlet hose from Washer Water Inlet to a faucet.
Squeeze metal clamp attached to the top of hose to secure the
hose to faucet head.
5) When you are ready, turn on faucet to desired temperature.
Water will begin to fill inner washer tub. You may also fill tub
directly, by using a bucket or jug.
6) Fill inner tub with water until it is about one inch below the oval-
shaped overfill drain inside of washer.
7) Add detergent. Liquid soaps are recommended but if you prefer
powdered detergent, it will be necessary to allow detergent to
fully dissolve in water before adding garments. [One teaspoon is
sufficient for normal loads. Heavily soiled garments or larger
items may require up to one tablespoon of detergent]
