PROBLEM

SOLUTION

The freezer does not operate

The freezer is too warm

The motor runs continuously

Check that it is properly plugged in, that the fuse has not 

blown or that the circuit-breaker has not tripped.
Check the thermostat and make sure that the door stays open 

as little as possible. Also check that the door closes properly.
Make sure that the freezer is well ventilated, leaving gaps as 

mentioned in the “Installation” chapter. Also check that your 

appliance is not exposed to a direct source of heat.You may 

also have placed too much food inside or the door may not 

close properly.
