INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE USER
WARNING!
Installation, fi
rst ignition and mainte-
nance work must be performed by qual-
ifi ed personnel only, in accordance with
the instructions provided.
Incorrect installation may harm individu-
als, animals or property; the manufacturer
will not be held responsible for any dam-
age caused as a result. If the appliance is
installed inside the apartment, make sure
that all provisions relating to the air inlet
and room ventilation (in compliance with
current legislation) are respected.

To ignite the pilot fl ame:

inlet.
• Turn the control knob
(18) to the position
shown (Fig 2.2.a).
• Press the control knob
(18) fully down.
• Ignite the pilot fl

the control knob (18) ful-

To ignite the burner:
• Turn the control knob (18) to the posi-

lower than the value indicated on the
thermostat, the burner will re-ignite
automatically.
SETTING THE WATER TEMPERATURE
Turn the thermostat adjustment knob (19
Fig. 2.2.b) in relation to the desired water
temperature.
THE NORMAL OPERATIONS
Repeat the operations provided for in the
previous points.
To reduce gas consumption and run the
appliance more effi
ciently, it is best to le-
ave the knob at setting 4 (around 50°C).
This temperature also reduces the for-
mation of limescale inside the water he-
ater, when the water supply is very hard
(excessive calcium content).
WARNING!
Water heated to more than 50°C
can cause serious burns. Always check
the temperature of the water before us-
ing it.
