General
The general setting stes the basic operating parameters of the conference room.
Leader: Dial *# + conference room number.
Participants: dial ** + conference room number.
After connecting, enter the password according to the voice prompt.
Note: If the extension wants to join this conference room, it can join the conference room
according to these dialing rules.

Conference Options
The conference page sets the parameters of the conference room when it is re-operation,
as described below.

Set whether to wait for the conference room host to join, the options are
as follows

No Needn’t to wait, attendees join the conference room to talk.
Yes Yes, attendees will listen to the music after joining, and wait for the
conference host to join before they can talk.
Mute Mode
Mute mode
No No, not in mute mode.
Yes yes, in muted mode.
User Count
To set to play the number of attendees in the conference room:
No no, play remind tome only.
Yes Yes, to play the number of attendees in the conference room.
User Join/Leave To set whether attendee to joins or leaves.
No Play remind tone only.
Yes Play a prompt when attendee joins or leaves.
Music On Hold To set to play hold music.
No No, mute.
Yes Yes, play hold music.
Allow Menu
Set whether to allow operation and play hold music function.
No No, not allowed.
Yes Yes, the attendee allows to operate conference room function (please
refer to the annex).
