Dealer Code
The following information is for VoIP suppliers who are providing the phone pre-configured
with accounts to their services.
This code allows the reset button to reset to “Dealer settings” to which any changes are
removed from the phone. A factory reset option is available also, however the instructions for
a user are “Long – press the Reset key, then press OK”. It is provided so that in remote locations,
there is minimum effort and interaction required to resolve issues between the phone and a
hosted SIP server.
There are two methods to enter a dealer setting.
Dealer Code via Genius X2 keypad

on the phone keypad. This will invoke the dealer setting that can be entered
on the phone, without a computer.
Note that this code is not recorded in any call logs, and is hard-coded into the phone.
This will allow the dealer account setting for the phone to be entered directly on the keypad.
Dealer Code via web interface
Log into the web interface at
http://<ip_address>:8080
The default credentials are admin/admin
To enter the dealer web interface, enter the verification password

Enter the dealer settings for up to two accounts on this page, click Submit.
