22.7 Line symmetry
The line symmetry measures the frequency-dependent symmetry of a pair of cores. The
balance between Tip (a) and Ring (b) to ground is measured over the entire DSL frequency
range (up to 30 MHz).
Protocol-independent parameters
The conditions under which the line symmetry detects something can be configured before
starting the test.

"Copper tests".
Select the copper test you want to
configure, in this example Line symmetry.
The line symmetry measurement should only be performed using the
patch cables approved by intec.
