Remove the outer carton and take out the treadmill.
Hold the console support bar with one hand and press the lifting bar with the other hand toward the

direction of the arrow as shown in the 1st image, lifting the console as shown in the 2nd image, releasing

the lifting bar. When hearing a click, the console masts have been locked in place.
