4. Install the fuel injector control rack making sure the
slotted end engages the governor linkage sleeve; then
tighten the cap screws to 11 in.-lb.

5. Connect the throttle linkage into the throttle control
lever; then secure with the E-clip.

6. Place control spool, thrust bearing, and thrust washer
into the governor flyweight assembly and secure the
flyweights with a rubber band; then place assembly
onto the camshaft with a new O-ring. Make sure to
remove the rubber band.
