Checklist
After you start a new patient, a pop-up message will
ask you to complete a patient assessment checklist.
Press “Yes”.
On the checklist screen you can enter vitals and labs,
as well as completing extremities steps and
observations.
The Checklist allows you to track other indicators of
resuscitation status other than urine output.
Currently, the Checklist data is not used in the recommendation protocols and is optional.
The software will prompt you to do a checklist when you start resuscitation and every 6
hours later. You can enter checklist data when you want by pressing the “Enter Checklist”
button on the Home screen.
If you don’t know some data for the checklist, you can leave that field blank.
Note: If a pulse is detectable by Doppler only, select “weak”.
Training Mode
In Training Mode, you can advance time to the next hourly update by pressing the
“Next Update” button in the bottom right of the Home screen.
When you load a Training Mode patient, the clock will advance automatically to the time of
the last fluid update or infusion rate change, if it is in the future compared to real time.
The
clock will reset to the correct time when you close the training patient file.
