5.4 Boot Settings
The Boot menu items allow you to change the system boot options.
Fast Boot
During the POST (Power On Self Test), the BIOS checks the hardware
devices and counts the system memory. But all of these system tests are
needed every time you boot, and can be turned off to save time. When set to
Enabled, this option shortens POST by eliminating some tests.
Quiet Boot
Bootup Numlock State
This allows you to select the screen display when the system boots.
This item determines if the Numlock key is active or inactive at system
start-up time.
Boot Option #1
Hard Drive BBS Priorities
This item allows you to set the system boot priorities.
Set the order of the legacy devices in this group.
