BA configures the clock to broadcast the Patek Philippe message (or CUSTOM 1) from COM1. OA config-
ures the clock to broadcast the Patek Philippe message from COM2.

nnA sets the event buffer read index to a specific event number (01 to 50), and returns that event information
in either Local or UTC time format depending on how the command, nTA is configured.
