Using PC Mail
Send/receive email.
Setting an Account
Set up an email account to use PC Mail.
When activating PC Mail for the first time, account setup
menu appears; complete setup.
・Information such as username (ID), password, and server
name for email you are using is required.
Mail PC Mail
Account setup menu opens at first activation.
・If confirmation appears, follow onscreen prompts.
Follow onscreen prompts to set up account
Account setup is complete.
Creating/Sending Mail
Mail PC Mail
PC Mail opens.
Create new
Message composition window opens.
Enter recipient, subject, and text (Send)
Message is sent.
Operations when Creating Message
Adding Recipients
In message composition window, select Recipient field
Add new item Follow onscreen prompts
・"(2)" in Recipient field indicates number of recipients.
Changing Recipient to To/Cc/Bcc
In message composition window, select Recipient field
Select recipient (Options) Change To/
Cc/Bcc Change to To / Change to Cc / Change to
Bcc
