To install (as a drinking water filter)
simply fit to the
cold
water pipe, which must be 15mm diameter supplying the tap you wish to use as the treated water supply,
1.turning off the mains supply to the tap, choose a suitable vertical location near the tap where you intend to link the filter onto the pipe work,
2.Cut the pipe feeding the tap where you determine the lower end of the filter will fit allowing enough pipe to insert into the filter connector
(it is a good idea to
have an isolation valve fitted along the pipe below the filter
for future servicing )
3.For ease of fitment to connect from the tap to the filter it is preferred to utilise a flexi-pipe with a short piece of 15mm diameter pipe attached to the free flexi-
pipe union enough to cater for the insertion into the top black fitting on the filter.
4.Next making note of the flow arrow which should point towards the tap side of the pipe work, simply push home each end of the filter onto the pipes, turn back
on the supply and check the connections. Your filter is now installed
