11. Service lifetime and warranties
The manufacturer guarantees that the DWM-203 complies with the requirements of TU 3697-049-11139511-2014 if the
customer complies with the installation, operation, transportation and storage conditions specified in this manual.
The service lifetime of the DWM-203 (except replaceable filter modules) is 5 years from the production date. At the end of
the service lifetime of the DWM-203 is subject to replacement.
The service lifetime (resource) of replaceable filter
modules is indicated in the table, the service lifetime of the
replaceable filter modules is calculated from the date of sale
of the DWM-203 to the consumer through the retail chain.
The date of sale of the DWM-203 (with replaceable filter
modules) is determined by the store stamp in this manual or
by cashier's check. If the date of sale of DWM-203 cannot
be established, the service lifetime of the plug-in modules is
calculated from the date of their production.
Shelf lifetime of DWM-203 (with a set of replaceable filter
modules) prior to operation - no more than 3 years at a
temperature of +5 to +40 ° C, without breaking the package.
Warranty period of operation DWM-203 (in addition to
replaceable filter modules) is 2 year from the date of sale.
The manufacturer is exempted from the warranty
obligations if this manual is lost with the production and / or
sale dates fixed and there are no other ways to determine
the working lifespan of the product.
The manufacturer is excused from liability in the
following cases:
- violation by the consumer of the installation
(installation) rules of the product described in this manual;

if the replaceable filter modules that have exhausted
the resource have not been replaced in a timely manner;

operation of the DWM-203 beyond the limits specified
by the technical requirements for the conditions of
operation of the product (see this manual).

It is not recommended to perform work on connecting the DWM-203 to the water supply network independently. To
connect DWM, it is recommended to contact the service provider of Aquaphor or regional dealers of Aquaphor. The
manufacturer is not responsible for the inadequate quality of the connection of the DWM-203 to the water supply
network, as well as for the result of this work. Responsibility for the shortcomings of this work, as well as for causing
harm to the health or property of the consumer or other persons due to these shortcomings, is the performer of this
work. It is acceptable to use only the taps and tubes supplied. The use of other taps and tubes release the
manufacturer from responsibility for potential impact.

Depending on the amount of impurities in the water, the
service lifetime of the pre-water modules may vary. The
service lifetime (resource) of the modules is indicated for
water corresponding to sanitary regulations and norms. If
DWM-201 receives water that does not comply with
sanitary regulations and norms 2.1.4.1074-01, with a high
content of mechanical impurities, replaceable filter
modules K2 and K5 must be changed every 1-2 months.
Light and sound indication DWM-203 is configured to
work with water corresponding to sanitary regulations and
norms.
