•
Get on the motorcycle, assum-
ing the correct driving posture.
•
Make sure that the side stand
has been retracted completely.
•
Operate the front or rear brake
(or both).
•
Operate the clutch lever (7) and
make sure that the transmission
(8) is in neutral. If the transmis-
sion is in neutral, the green col-
ored light "N" (9) will turn on.
•
Switch the engine stop switch
(1) to "RUN". Turn the ignition
key (3) to "ON".
•
Press the starter button (2) one
time only.
At this time:
•
The starting screen page will be
shown on the multifunction dis-
play for 2 seconds.
•
All warning lights (4) and the
backlighting will turn on for 2
seconds on the instrument pan-
el
•
The rpm indicator (5) will go to
the end of the scale for 3 sec-
onds, then it will return to the
minimum value.
•
With the engine operating nor-
mally, the number of rpms at
which the engine is operating
will be displayed instantaneous-
ly.
•
Monter sur le motocycle en ad-
optant la bonne position de mar-
che.
•
Vérifier que la béquille latérale
soit complètement soulevée.
•
Actionner le frein avant ou arriè-
re (ou les deux).
•
Actionner le levier d'embrayage
(7) et s'assurer que la boîte de
vitesses (8) est au point mort. Si
la boîte de vitesses est au point
mort, la lumière « N » (9) de cou-
leur verte sera alors allumée.
•
Appuyer sur l'interrupteur d'arrêt
moteur (1) sur « RUN » et tour-
ner la clé de démarrage (3) sur
« ON ».
•
Appuyer une seule fois sur le
bouton de démarrage (2).
Arrivé à ce point :
•
La page-écran de démarrage
s'affichera sur l'écran multifonc-
tion pendant 2 secondes.
•
Tous les voyants (4) et le rétro-
éclairage s'allumeront sur le ta-
bleau de bord pendant 2 secon-
des.
•
Le compte-tours (5) atteindra la
valeur maximale pendant 3 se-
condes, puis reviendra à la va-
leur minimale.
•
Le moteur normalement en mar-
che, le nombre de tours (RPM)
effectif du moteur sera instanta-
nément indiqué.
