GLOVE/TOOL KIT COMPARTMENT

compartment, proceed as follows:
u Remove the passenger saddle -see
page 44 (UNLOCKING/LOCKING THE
P A S S E N G E R S A D D L E ) - o r t h e
glove/tool kit compartment cover -see
page 45 (UNLOCKING/LOCKING THE
GLOVE/TOOL KIT COMPARTMENT
COVER).
The tool kit (1) includes:
– 3, 4, 5, 6 mm Allen wrenches (2);
– 11 - 13 mm double open-end wrench (3);
– 8 - 10 mm double socket wrench (4);
– 17 mm open-end wrench (5);
– 16 mm socket wrench for spark plugs (6)
– double-ended (cross-headed/hexagon)
screwdriver (7);
– tool pouch (8);
– fuse puller (9).
NOTE
The maximum allowable weight
for the glove/tool kit compartment is: 3.31
lb (1.5 kg).
LUGGAGE RACK FASTENINGS
Small parcels can be carried only on the
passenger saddle, using elastic bands.
The elastic bands are hooked to the two
fastening studs (9).
Maximum allowable weight: 20 lb (9 kg).
CAUTION
The package carried on the passenger
saddle must be small, and carefully and
securely held in place.
