5.4 Constant Detection
This page enables to detect the constant of the meter to be verified. Page is activated by
PgDn
key
from
Meter Error Test
screen. Once the constant is obtained, it is not automatically stored or used
elsewhere, user must use the obtained value to enter it in the Meter Error Test screen or elsewhere.
Constant Detection screen
* P205
Content:
U, I
............... Load point values
Parameters
... Parameters of tested meter (see below); if
one of the parameters is red it indicates
difference from the stored value in the
database associated with specified meter
(based on SN)
SN
................. Serial number of meter
Constant
...... obtained constant with defined unit with
respect to the meter’s error (cyclically
renewing)
Impulses
...... number of pulses to get to calculate the
constant
Time
............. counting time of one sample
Parameters of tested meter:
Connection type
............ 3P4W, 3P3W, 2P3W, 1P3W or 1P2W
(see Connection Diagrams)
Energy type
.................... Active, Reactive or Apparent
Registration mode
........ LED, DISC/SO (SO = pulse output of meter), SNAP. S (=snap switch).
Switching into DISC/SO causes permanent shine of transmitter LED of
OPTS 2100 sensor, so the user can easily set the position of OPTS
2100 before calibration (more information in Accessories Guide Chapter
Optical Sensor)
Constant
......................... Constant of tested meter (greyed out)
Constant Unit
................. i/kWh, i/Wh, i/Ws, i/kWs, kWh/i, Wh/i, Ws/I, kWs/i, MWh/i or i/MWh
(i = pulse or rotation)
Navigation between parameters can be done by
▼▲
arrows, parameter selection can be done by
OK
key and changing of parameter’s value can be done by
◄ ►
arrows. If any parameter has been
changed, it become red. It means that default value has been modified. These parameters remain
modified until next enter to Database screen. Entering the Database will set default parameters of
corresponding meter.
