From the Audit Records screen of the open file, you can perform the actions in the
following table:
To…
Action
Display the audit history
(Optional) Filter the table.
1. Check the Filter by check box.
2. Enter criteria for the records of interest, such as a date range, a user name, or a
type of action.
3. Click Refresh.
To view details for a specific record:
1. Click the row in the list on the left to view the details of the record in the table on
the upper right.
2. Click any row to view details for individual records in the table on the bottom right.
Export audit records
1. From the table on the left, select the records to be exported:
• Click in the table, then press Ctrl-A to select all the records in the table.
• Click and drag or press Shift to select continuous rows.
• Press Ctrl to select discontinuous rows.
2. Export the records:
• Click Export Summary to export only the records in the left table.
• Click Export Details to export the records in the left table and the associated
details.
3. Select a location for the export file, enter a name for the file, then click Save.
4. Click OK in the confirmation message.
Print audit records
1. Click View Summary Report to open the Print Preview dialog box.
2. Preview, save or print the report:
• Click (Save) to save the report as a PDF or HTML file. Enter the file name,
select a location, select the file type, then click Save.
• Click (Print) to send the report to the printer. From the Print dialog box,
select the printer and print options, then click OK.
3. Click to close the Print Preview dialog box.
Manage electronic signature
Use the Security screen to disable and enable electronic signature.
Note:
Electronic signature is disabled by default.
