Type in the Mass Difference and Tolerance.
NOTE: Do not right-click-drag across a peak in the
Spectrum window to select the mass difference.

Specify the Extraction Mode:
•
Accumulative—Creates one extracted ion
chromatogram for all mass differences entered and
sums intensities
•
Individual—Creates one extracted ion
chromatogram for each mass difference entered

Click OK.
The CNL is displayed in the Chromatogram window
(Figure 4-5).
