7. Troubleshooting
The following problems can result in disconnection or unsuccessful connection:

Troubleshooting
The transmission has exceeded the
range of 10m, or there are barriers such
as walls or furniture between the receiv-
er and the transmitter.
Ensure that the range is not
exceeded.
One of the two devices (audio output
device or Bluetooth receiver) is turned
off.
Turn on the corresponding devices.
The pairing did not work properly
and switched off automatically after 5
minutes.
Pair the devices again. Make sure
that the connection is not prevent

ed by excessive transmission range
or obstacles.
