Apex570
Owner’s Manual
The Apex570 is a lightweight Low-Profile Head-Worn Microphone
designed specifically for live performance applications.
The
extremely secure fit makes Apex570 ideal for active performers
(drummers, keyboard players, guitarists) needing a hands free
mobile microphone solution.
Detachable 1.5m (5ft) Cable Assemblies with Interchangeable
Connectors ( TA3F, TA4F, Locking Four-pin and locking 1/8th-inch
TRS Jacks Included) making the Apex570 compatible with
virtually any popular wireless transmitter.
A standard mini-XLR to XLR Adaptor is provided so the Apex570
can be used as a wired headset microphone. The Apex570 is a
condenser microphone and required phantom power to operate.
The Apex570 microphone capsule picks up with an
omnidirectional polar pattern, reducing proximity effect
(excessive artificial low frequency boost that occurs when the
capsule is close to the source).
Only attach interchangeable cable connector with triangle indicators
facing point to point. Do not reverse as damage may occur to microphone and/or cable. Pay particular
attention not to damage the dual contacts. Cable connector is secure to press firmly until you hear / feel
a positive click when the connector locks in place.
Disconnect cable from microphone connector carefully. Only pull cable from strain relieved reinforced end
-
DO NOT
detach pulling on wire only.
DO NOT
twist as damage to wire and / or microphone may occur.
