Mounting of wall bracket
The wall bracket can be mounted to the wall as well as in a vehicle. Please note that the wall bracket is
mounted near an outlet or 12/24 V vehicle connector. Assemble wall bracket by using two screws. When
mounting in a vehicle fastening torch with a rubber band.
Charging
Before first use the battery pack should be charged completely (approx. 8h). To be able to use the torch in
ex-areas make sure that the end cap is locked completely with the case. Afterwards the torch can be switched
on / off with the press switch. The end cap must be screwed completely after removing the torch from the
charging frame. You may find the battery on the outside of the torch.
Charging will occur in it’s wall bracket. Alternatively the torch can be charged through the power supply or
12/24V DC-adapter. The charging rate is 500mA. The torch can stay in the charging frame permanent.
The charge condition of the battery before charging is irrelevant. The micro controlled charging technique
turns off at full charged battery. The maximum charging time is 4 hours. It is possible to charge the battery
pack in the charging frame separately.

Focusing
Focus of light beam can be focused by turning head of torch
LED exchange
By turning counterclockwise the head of torch can be opened. The reflector can now be removed from
spotlight case and the LED-module can be exchanged.
Warning!
Explosion protection can be lost by wrong maintenance and repair work. Only instructed staff is allowed to
check, maintain and repair the torch. Maintenance and repair work only outside of the explosive area!
When storage for a longer period of time the battery must be charged completely before use.
The storage temperature must be between -25° to +50°C!
