LCD Display
The user interface on the LCD display changes depending on
whether the unit is in a test application mode, setup mode,
mass storage mode, etc., but each screen shares common
elements as shown in the figure below.

Screen Title area Displays the title of the current screen.

Time display
Displays the current time in a 24 hour
format (hh:mm:ss).

Battery icon or
Plug icon
Indicates that the unit is connected to
an external power supply (plug icon)
or that the unit is operating on battery
power (battery icon) with a graphic
illustrating the amount of charge
remaining in the battery.

Presentation
area
This area varies depending on the type
of screen displayed.

Softkeys area
This area presents the on-screen details
for the F1 through F4 keys.
