5  Instructions for Use 

Please note that this appliance is a wine cooler and must not 

be used as a refrigerator to store food. 

 
After installing the Cooler and ensuring the unit is level as described under the heading “Levelling 
the Appliance”, plug into an Earthed Power point and switch on. 
 

WARNING

: Do not locate multiple portable socket-outlets or portable power supplies at the rear of 

the appliance. 
 

WARNING

: When positioning the appliance, ensure the supply cord is not trapped or damaged. 

 

5.1  Temperature Guide 

It is recommended you install the Wine Cooler in a place where the ambient temperature is between 

20º - 25ºC / 68º - 77ºF. 
 

If the ambient temperature is above or below recommended temperatures, the performance 

of the unit may be affected.  

 

Should you require your wine to be cooler, we suggest you place in your refrigerator approximately 

30 minutes prior to serving.

Temperature Range of your Wine Cooler is 12 - 18ºC (54º - 64ºF). 
 

Note:  Placing your unit in extreme cold or hot conditions may cause 

interior temperatures to fluctuate.  The range of 12 - 18ºC / 54º - 64ºF may 

not be reached. 

 

5.2  Setting the Temperature Control 

 

 

 
You can select either Fahrenheit or Celsius temperature display setting by pressing             button 

for 2 seconds. 
 

NOTE

: The default display is shown in Celsius.
