A. Sensor 2 of X axis is located on the duralumin surface. X axis movement position can be
set by moving sensor plate 1.
B. Sensor 4 of Y axis is located under the main table of the frame of the machine. Y axis
movement position can be set by moving sensor plate 3.
For setting of initial points on X and Y axes move the feeding plate to its central position
in both axes. Initial point refers to the actual center position of the feeding plate
towards the needle. In this position the edges of sensor plates 1 and 3 are in line with
the middle of sensors 2 and 4 (like the edge of sensor plate in the fig. 46)
C. Sensor 6 of Z axis is located in the machine head and it can be reached after taking off
cover of the machine head . Revolving sensor plate 5 is located on the main sha ft. Put
the needle in the lower stop position and make the setting of the sensor plate 5 located
on the ring as it is illustrated in the figure 46 – the sensor plate is in the middle of the
body of the sensor 6.
CLEARANCE BETWEEN SENSOR AND SENSOR PLATE SHOULD BE SET FOR THE VALUE 0.3
- 0,5 MM.
