BELTS SERVICE 

7.5.1

 

Chemicals pump drive belt tensioning 

To check/adjust belt tensioning follow this procedure. 
Stop the engine. 
Remove the guard protecting the belt. 
Check belt tensioning.

To adjust belt tensioning: 
Loosen  lightly the fixing screws (4) and (5). 
Adjusting the tensioning screw (1) until you reach the correct tension of the belt. 
Screw again fixing screws (4) and (5). 
 

 

Guide pulley (3) is NOT tensioning the belt. Do NOT use this pulley to tension the belt.  
 

  

 

To set the right tension on the belts, please refer to the Manufacturer or authorized service.  
 

 

 

All service operations MUST be done with engine stopped.  
Wait some minutes for cooling of components.
