Troubleshooting

 

The following table describes the most common problems that you may come across with the 
wrapper.  It also gives solutions to resolve them.  If your problem does not appear in this 
table, or if you do not manage to resolve it by yourself, communicate with the service 

department of your dealer or with the Anderson Service department (See section How to Reach 
Us at the beginning of the manual for our contact information). 

 

Problem 

Possible causes 

Solution 

The loading arm 

does not move.

 

The pin retainer is blocking the 

cylinder. 

Remove the pin retainer and try again. 

The hydraulic hoses are not attached 

correctly to the tractor. 

Check the hydraulic hose attachments. 

An obstacle is blocking the 

movement of the loading arm. 

Make sure that nothing is in the way of 

the loading arm. 

Electrical problem, connectors or 

sensors 

Make sure that electrical wires and 

connectors are in good condition. 

Make sure that limit switches on the 

loading arm are in good condition 

The pusher does 

not move.

 

The loading arm is too high.

Lower the loading arm.

The hydraulic hoses are not attached 

correctly to the tractor. 

Check the hydraulic hose attachments. 

The security device of the loading 

arm is not working. 

Check the cleanliness of the pivot point of 

the loading arm. 

Electrical problem, connectors or 

sensors 

Make sure that electrical wires and 

connectors are in good condition. 

Make sure that limit switches on the 

loading arm are in good condition 

The unloading 

platform does not 

move. 

The loading arm is too high.

Lower the loading arm.

The hydraulic hoses are not attached 

correctly to the tractor. 

Check the hydraulic hose attachments. 

The security device of the loading 

arm is not working. 

Check the cleanliness of the pivot point of 

the loading arm.
