6.3 Common problems
The following table describes the most common problems you may encounter with your self-loading
trailer. It also provides solutions for resolving them. If your problem is not in this table, or if you
cannot resolve it yourself, contact your dealer’s customer service or our technical service (see "How
to reach us" on page 5 for our contact information).

Possible cause
Solution
The loading arm is
not moving.
The locking pin on the loading
arm is blocking the cylinder.
Remove the locking pin and try
again.
The hydraulic hoses have not
been connected to the tractor
properly.
Check that the hydraulic hoses are
connected properly.
There is an electrical, connection
or sensor problem (RBM2000).
Check that the wiring and con-
nections are in good condition.
Something
is
preventing
the
loading arm from moving.
Check that the travel limit sensors
on the loading arm are in good con-
dition.
The pusher is not
moving.
The loading arm is too high.
Lower the loading arm.
The hydraulic hoses have not
been connected to the tractor
properly.
Check that the hydraulic hoses are
connected properly.
The safety mechanism on the
loading arm is not working.
Check that the pivot point on the
loading arm is clean.
There is an electrical, connection
or sensor problem (RBM2000).
Check that the wiring and con-
nections are in good condition.
Check that the travel limit sensors
on the loading arm are in good con-
dition.
The unloading plat-
form is not moving.
The hydraulic hoses have not
been connected to the tractor
properly.
Check that the hydraulic hoses are
connected properly.
The ball valve is closed.
Open the ball valve.
