8 Changing the crushing rollers
Your bagger is delivered with the crushing roller casing of your choice, i.e. the one for crushing corn
or the one for other types of grain. You can also order the other casing as an option. You will also be
able to load the casing when you want to bag other types of grain.
To change the crushing roller casing of your bagger, do the following :
1. Remove the hopper (A) and the loading screw by unscrewing the bolts (B) attaching the hop-
per to the casing (C).
2. Remove the side protectors (D) attached to the casing.
3. Remove the belts and their protectors, as well as the three pulleys attached to the casing (E)
shafts and which connect the power transmission to the compression screw.
4. Remove the bolts (F) that attach the casing to the base of the bagger (G).
5. Remove the casing.
6. Clean the base of the bagger by removing the silicone joint in place as much as possible.
7. Apply new silicone the the base of the bagger in order to properly seal all openings between
the casing and the base of the bagger.
8. Place the other casing onto the base of the bagger and retighten the bolts to attach it solidly.
9. Reinstall the pulleys, the belts and the protectors (see section 5.8
10. Place the hopper back onto the casing and attach it with the bolts.
