Grain bagger GB-series – Operation Guide
57
Only the operator should be near the machine
during its unhitching.
Before getting off the tractor, the operator
must ensure the machine is resting firmly on
the ground and stable. The operator must
action the hand brake, shut off the engine and
remove the ignition key from the tractor.
1. Place chocks against the bagger's wheels to prevent the bagger from moving while it is
unhitched from the tractor.
2. Disconnect the hydraulic couplings from the tractor.
3. Remove the drive shaft from the tractor and rest it on the tongue support specifically
designed for this purpose.
Make sure you removed the hydraulic pressure
from the tractor system to facilitate the
disconnection of the couplings and the next
connection.
4. Remove the pin attaching the drawbar head to the tractor hitching arm.
Be careful when distancing the tractor from
the bagger. Any contact between the two
machines could cause damage to one or the
other.
