4. Tie a rope around 39 in (1 meter) from the end of the bag to reclose it tightly. You can also use
scotch tape (see the third step in Figure 27 – Closing the Bag and in Figure 28 – Bag
Reclosed).

5. Fold the end and shove it back under the bag to ensure its tightness (see the fourth step in Fig-
ure 27 – Closing the Bag and in Figure 29 – Bag Ready for Filling).
