Before each use, you must ensure:

All the protective components and safety guards are in place and in working order.

The attachment pin is properly installed on the hitching and is properly blocked.
l
The cardan shaft is properly mounted.
l
The chains on the protective tube of the cardan shaft are hooked to the bagger and to the
tractor.
l
The hydraulic couplings are tight and correctly hooked-up to the tractor.
l
The hydraulic controls work properly (the operator must verify the loading screw and the
brakes of the machine).
l
The rotation speed of the power takeoff is 540 RPM.
l
The motor idles when you engage the power takeoff.
l
There are no abnormal vibrations or noises when the machine runs at full rate.
l
The crushing roller casing installed on the machine is adapted to the type of grains to be
bagged (to know how to change the crushing roller casing, see section 8).
l
The terrain and weather conditions are adequate.
3.8 Installing the bag on the tunnel
NOTE:
Before beginning to install the bag on the tunnel, ensure
the size of the tunnel is adequate for the bags you are
using. If necessary, change the tunnel (see section 9).
Place the bag on the tunnel
1. Remove the bag from the box and unfold the edges so the markings and the stretch band are
on the side (Figure 19 – Preparing the Bag). They will thus appear on the side when the bag
will be installed on the tunnel.
Figure 19 – Preparing the Bag
2. With the handles provided, lower the rear plate (A) (see Figure 20 – Bag Installation Sticker).
