Operation Guide – Grain bagger GB-series
Anderson Group
Before hooking- up the
couplings to the
tractor, ensure they are thoroughly clean. Dirt
and grime result in contaminating the tractor’s
hydraulic oil.
Release the tractor’s hydraulic circuit pressure
before hooking-up.
3.6 Installing the loading auger
In order to install the loading screw, proceed as follows:
NOTE:
You must install the loading screw before beginning
the bagging even if you pour the grains directly into the
hopper.
1. Remove the transportation connecting rod and turn it towards the loading side.
2. Place the connecting rod in its space on the screw.
If you fill the hopper with the loading screw:
3. Install the screw enclosure under the grain trailer trap.
4. With a chain or rope, attach the foot of the screw to the trailer so that the screw's enclosure
always remains under the trap while the flange forms.
If you pour the grains directly into the hopper (see section 7.1):
3. Place the screw to facilitate the loading of the grains while ensuring the screw does not
impede the movement of the loader.
The screw and its enclosure must never touch
the bag. They could tear it.
Make
sure to place
the screw and its
enclosure so that they do not impede the
filling of the bag.
Also make sure they do not block access to
the adjustment controls and to the pump on
the side of the bagger.
