Configuration 00

None of the development board external RAM is used in 
configuration 00. Only the internal 8 Kilobyte EZ-USB RAM is 
available for 8051 code and data (C&D). This mode is useful for 
checking out final code, since the EZ-USB chip operates stand-
alone.
